I follow a few webcomics from day to day. Linkage ahoy:

Applegeeks: Funny funny. Great art. A bit geeky.
Basil Flint, P.I.: Not sure why I like this so much. It's dark, poignant and very funny at times.
Bunny: Extremely clever one-shots.
El Goonish Shive: This is wacky, but excellent. Top character development and story. Love the art.
General Protection Fault: Superb story, great characters, definitely computer geek humour.
Questionable Content: Indie music-based, but actually just really funny. Inventive art and great characters.
The Order of the Stick: Very very funny, but you probably need to know something about D&D to get it.
