Ground-Floor Property

There are two ground floor reception rooms laid out in file with the kitchen, all with glazed terracotta large-tiled floors. The entrance hall forms part of the dining room which has a very high pitched ceiling with timber beams and a large granite fireplace. It opens on to the beautifully finished drawing room with sliding doors opening onto the eastern terrace that runs along the side of the building giving a space for al fresco dining with views of the village. In the drawing room there is also a staircase discretely concealed behind a bookcase area leading to the first floor. This could easily be closed off and removed if the properties were to be made completely separate, or left open if used as one large residence.

The dining room also opens on to the kitchen which is fitted and of solid Sardinian chestnut, with local handmade Gallurese rustic tiles in white and aqua glaze. Next to the kitchen there is washing room area with a washing machine and a large white porcelain sink, and a tiled guest bathroom with WC, washbasin, bidet and shower.

From the dining room a mirror-glazed door leads to the hallway of the private bedroom area. The main blue tiled bathroom has double white washbasins set in front of a large mirror surrounded by lights, a corner whirlpool bath with shower over, WC and bidet. There are two smaller bedrooms as well as the master double bedroom with built-in Sardinian chestnut wardrobes.

The ground-floor property has radiators connected to a gas central heating and air-condition system in all rooms.
